Passion Fruit & Preserved Tangerine Chocolate Bar (Dairy Free)
Bright, zesty, and refreshing passion fruit is balanced with hints of bitterness and deep, complex citrus notes from sun-dried and aged tangerine peels which is a traditional Chinese preservation method. These flavors check ALL the boxes (sweet, tart, a dash of bitter, a little salt). It tastes like sunshine rays in a chocolate bar form!
This bar is made with one-of-a-kind Valrhona couverture chocolate (32.8% cocoa butter) where cocoa is replaced with powdered passion fruit which makes it naturally dairy-free. Blended with pulverized, slowly dried and aged tangerine peels to a fine powder and mixed with my special blend of spices traditionally used in preserved Chinese tangerine peel candy (subtle hints of licorice, star anise, cumin, salt, and cinnamon), this harmony of flavors taste like a bright and sunny afternoon hanging out with grandma in her living room (she's the best).

I ordered six flavors of cupcakes for a baby shower, and every flavor was both delicious and beautiful! I usually ride or die for chocolate and the chocolate exceeded my expectations, but now I dream of orange cardamom. The cupcakes were also really thoughtfully and safely packaged for transport. You must try her cupcakes and chocolate bars. The cupcakes are light, moist, not overly sugary sweet the flavors are just right. The chocolate bars are made with quality ingredients and Asian inspired like pork floss on chocolate the salty with the sweet combo is delicious. The passion fruit tangerine bar is a must try and one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Her wedding cakes I bet are amazing! She bakes with love and it was an honor to meet her.
